As a founding partner of Advocacy Development Partners (ADP), Nick is responsible for property acquisition, market/financial analysis and financing.
Mr. Kavayiotidis brings twenty years of commercial real estate experience to ADP, with a specialization in assisted living and memory care development since 2010. Mr. Kavayiotidis has been active as a principal in various ground up, redevelopment and land development projects in California ranging from Industrial and Office to Multi-Family and Assisted Living. In addition, as real estate broker with Collier’s National Senior Housing Group, Mr. Kavayiotidis advised clients on hundreds of development and redevelopment sites as well as existing senior housing facilities. He is well versed in matters such as site selection, development due diligence, financial and market feasibility/analysis, entitlement processing and construction management.
Mr. Kavayiotidis received his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, Beta Gamma Sigma, in Analytical Finance and Accounting from Wake Forest University's Calloway School of Business and Accountancy in 1999. He received his Master of Real Estate Development, with honors, from the University of Southern California, in 2005.
