As a founding partner of Advocacy Development Partners (ADP), Nick is responsible for
property acquisition, market analysis and financial analysis.
Mr. Kavayiotidis brings fourteen years of commercial real estate experience to ADP. Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Kavayiotidis worked as a Vice President with Colliers International for five years and concurrently with Petra Realty Investors, a privately held real estate asset manager and developer, for fourteen years. As Principal of Petra Realty Investors, Mr. Kavayiotidis was involved in various real estate development projects in Northern California ranging from Industrial and Office to Multi-Family and Assisted Living. As a broker for Colliers International and as a consultant for Petra Realty Investors, Mr. Kavayiotidis advised developers and investors on matters such as site selection, general due diligence, financial and market feasibility/analysis, entitlement processing, project management and leasing/sales advisory and brokerage.
Mr. Kavayiotidis received his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, Beta Gamma Sigma, in Analytical Finance and Accounting from Wake Forest University's Calloway School of Business and Accountancy in 1999. He received his Master of Real Estate Development, with honors, from the University of Southern California, in 2005.
