As a founding partner of Advocacy Development Partners (ADP), Paul is responsible for providing strategic direction to ADP’s clients in the areas of planning, design, land acquisition, entitlements and development. He is a licensed architect with over three decades of experience in real estate development, including 27 years owning his own architectural practice (BCA Architects). He has completed notable projects throughout the State of California in various markets including educational, senior housing, worship facilities, civic, commercial, and healthcare and has been honored with the receipt of numerous design awards. Paul has successfully led complex entitlement processes on numerous private sector projects through engaging all stakeholders in the design process. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the Kansas State University in 1982.
